Our products are handmade using natural ingredients so imperfections are to be expected. Such as but not limited to slightly crooked labels, wax has imperfections, candles burn times are viable if instructions provided on jar or website are followed, variations in burn quality due to natural ingredients having varying characteristics that are out of candle crafters control, scent throw not being exactly the same from product to product due to using natural ingredients as well as being made by hand. Candles produce a flame that can potentially be dangerous if used inappropriately. Do not leave any burning candle unattended especially with minors or animals. Our products are described to be as true as possible on our webpage, using natural ingredients can alter from time to time. Candle crafters is not responsible for the negligence of using our products inappropriately and without common sense like putting a burning candle near or on flammable objects resulting in a dangerous outcome. Any payments taken through our website go through godaddy payments or paypal whichever you so choose, Candle crafters does not have access to card numbers but to only void or refund a transaction if it permits. Card safety is not the responsibility of candle crafters as we do not have access to viable information. This website has been designed and made with the intention of providing factual information received from manufactures and other reliable sources. We do not take returns but we will work with the customer to come to a resolution, such as contact via email for a replacement or refund if it is found necessary. Any products or names that have been used are legal as to our knowledge and are not purposely used without the consent of owners, if indeed a name or information is an issue it will be changed immediately. please contact us at candlecraftersinc@gmail.com for more info regarding any misuse of information if it is deemed necessary to make alterations. All liability and responsibilities in safety and product use are the customers with any products purchased from candle crafters, candle crafters will not take responsibility or the fault for neglecting to use our products in an inappropriate manner. Instructions are posted on each product to ensure safety and protect candle crafters from misuse of a product, not following these instructions or warnings fall onto the responsible party being the consumer who handles the product. People with allergies should be cautious and not use a product knowing it can harm them in any way, this is not candle crafters responsibility to know of each individuals health or allergy concerns. Use our products with the intentions they were meant for and proceed use of our products at your own free will. Candle crafters will not take responsibility for medical reactions or other medical instances, use fragrance products at your own risk and know your health conditions. This website was not designed by a professional but by the individual running candle crafters, imperfections are to be expected.  All candle crafters products are handmade to provide enjoyment any unsatisfied or concerned customers are to contact us via email to resolve any issues. All of the information has been provided with best intentions and best to our knowledge, none of this is to be reflected in a negative manner. We do our best to provide you the customer with the highest quality products we can produce and with resources that are to be a healthier choice.

Return policy- Only items that are defective from shipping or do not work properly will be replaced with the same or similar item with the customers consent. A product will not be replaced if the product is in good condition with no signs of damage or shows signs of misuse. Pictures will be needed via email to confirm the damaged or non-functional item. Wax melts are excluded from any returns as there can be no damage inflicted that would warrant a return. Returns will be processed as soon as they are received via email candlecraftersinc@gmail.com. The amount of time it will take varies upon shipping destinations and or shipping delays. But on our end it will be handled as soon as candle crafters along with the customer come to a conclusion.
